Elizabeth Cristy is a local from Charlotte, North Carolina. From her childhood and teen years playing soccer to being active through her young adult years, she’s always been interested in improving movement and managing pain to improve physical function. She earned her undergraduate degrees in Biology and Psychology from East Carolina University and the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Elizabeth went on to obtain her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Wingate University and became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) in 2023.
Her passion for physical therapy began after assisting her mother with her treatment and recovery following breast cancer, an experience that inspired her to pursue a career focused on helping others regain strength and confidence through movement.
Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys reading, playing pickleball, spending time at the beach, and working out. She is passionate about helping others reach their goals through movement, strength, and education.
